If you are just wanting to get in and get out real quick then no need for this. However if you are going more for recovery and wellness, you will likely want a timer or music or possibly a guided plunge video as you do your plunge, so it is totally worth it. I have my plunge in my garage and have two quick dry towels and towel hooks as well as the skimmer net. Very happy with them!

I bought the phone mount and it is terrific. It attaches easily and holds phone securly. It is wonderful to have phone for music or timer. My only regret is that we didn’t purchase sooner.
