Designed for Level 1 graduates or experienced breathwork coaches, this advanced program equips you to lead transformational Modern Mindfulness workshops worldwide and earn money doing what you love. You’ll join like-minded coaches seeking to expand their impact, expertise, and global reach.

Nordic University's Level 2 program is a hybrid program with both live online classes, coaching residency, and an in-person retreat with your peers to complete the training. 

Level 2 Includes:

✔ Access to Nordic University Portal

✔ 8 Week Online course, Mondays from 6-7 pm ET, 8 weeks total  

✔ Classes led by Dr. Rob Wiliams, PHD Head of Nordic University 

✔ Recordings available; live attendance encouraged

✔ 3 - day in-person retreat (not including travel)

✔ Community WhatsApp for Level 2 students and coaches (optional)

✔ 1:1 onboarding and goal-setting session with Dr. Rob Williams, PHD.

✔ Comprehensive Level 2 manual for continued use and application.

✔ Opportunity to become an extension of our Nordic team as a certified Level 2 coach/contractor.

✔ A breathwork business guide for Nordic Coaches 

✔ Ongoing quarterly Masterminds for graduates and Nordic Coaches led by Dr. Rob Williams after certification.

Level 2 Training Schedule

Our Nordic Coach Certification is delivered through small, cohort-based groups to ensure personalized learning, meaningful discussion, and strong community.

Live sessions are held via Google Meet, Monday evenings from 6-7pm EST. After the online program, coaches complete their coaching residency and retreat participation prior to becoming a certified Level 2 Nordic Coach. See details below.

Certification Retreats

After completing the online program above and coaching residency (prior to the retreat), Level 2 students complete an immersive in-person retreat where they refine coaching skills, lead a Nordic Workshop alongside their peers, and finalize their certification experience with the Nordic team. Students can select from two retreat dates per year.
