Commercial Viking Product Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty: This warranty covers Viking products sold by Nordic Wave, Inc. and is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Maintenance Requirements: To maintain the validity of this warranty, customers must adhere to regular maintenance schedules, particularly the changing of any filters as specified in the product documentation. The frequency of filter changes depends on the specific model of the product and the operating environment. Failure to replace filters at the intervals recommended in the product’s user manual will void this warranty.

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use and that comply with the operating instructions provided. During the warranty period, Nordic Wave, Inc. will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product or parts at no additional cost to the customer.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper maintenance, including failure to change filters at the recommended intervals.
• Damage caused by installation, operation, or maintenance contrary to our written instructions.
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to the wear of filters.
• Damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or commercial use.

Claims Procedure: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at the contact information provided with your product or via our website. Proof of purchase and compliance with the required maintenance will be required to process the warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability: The remedies provided in this warranty are the customer's sole and exclusive remedies. Nordic Wave, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

General: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The provisions of this warranty are severable, and if any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any controlling law, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
