REFUND POLICY – Viking Cold Plunge

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase of the Viking Cold Plunge. If you need to return your unit, please see below for our refund process and policy. 

Eligibility Criteria: Returns are only accepted for new units. Refurbished units do not qualify for refunds.

Return Window: You must contact our customer support team within 15 days of your product delivery to initiate the return process.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the final price will apply to all returns. This fee helps offset the costs associated with the return.

Packaging Responsibility: The customer is responsible for packaging the product securely for return. Failure to properly package the return can result in refund denial.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact Us: Initiate the return within 15 days of delivery. Contact support@thenordicwave.com.

  2. Product Condition: Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, you are responsible for purchasing new materials.

  3. Inspection: We will inspect the returned product upon receipt. Please allow up to 10 business days for the inspection to be completed.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund, minus the restocking fee. 

Reasons for Refund Denial: Refunds may be denied if:

  • The product is not returned within the specified return window.

  • The product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Customers must document and take pictures of the returned item prior to shipment to ensure it is packaged correctly and not damaged. Please send these pictures to support@thenordicwave.com with your name, order number, and “Return” as the subject line.

  • The product is returned without proper packaging. Customers must follow the guidelines and packaging instructions provided to them by the customer service representative.

  • The product does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., refurbished units).

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, and please provide pictures of the damage.

Refund Process: We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, though it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the transaction.

REFUND POLICY – Accessory items: Accessory items cannot be returned upon receival, once the package/item is used, they are not refundable and are not eligible to return.
