Nordic Wave, LLC Warranty Policy

We are pleased to offer you our limited lifetime warranty to cover any defects or malfunctions that may occur with your Nordic Wave Viking. If you receive a product damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service team with photos and information at support@thenordicwave.com.

Upon purchase, Nordic Wave customers receive a 5-Year Limited Warranty that applies only to non-commercial, in-home, or residential use of the Nordic Wave Viking. The warranty covers replacing parts that have defects in materials or workmanship of any parts manufactured or supplied by Nordic Wave, and it covers defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use conditions. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser on record and will not be passed on, should this system be sold in its entirety or individual components. 

Please note that the warranty does not cover cosmetic issues resulting from normal wear, water retention, any surface contamination from exposure to the environmental, and inclement weather. It also does not cover damage due to poor water quality, neglected filter care and replacement, freezing conditions, power outages, lack of attention to low water flow, or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse.

The Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser (or original owner for a product presented as a gift), and it only covers defects discovered within the applicable Limited Warranty period. The water chiller is warrantied for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, with an extended warranty available for purchase.

We guarantee that your Nordic Wave will not crack and will remain free from material defects as long as the Viking is used for its intended purposes and is subject to reasonable maintenance. However, please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, relocation, accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. Additionally, any damage caused by the proper or improper use of our products to any surrounding surfaces, structures, or furnishings is not covered by this warranty.

In the event that your Nordic Wave product needs to be warrantied, the customer is responsible for all shipping & handling. 

Finally, please note that Nordic Wave, LLC is held harmless for any injury or death caused by the misuse of this product.
