Chiller System Notification
Our supplier has identified an issue with the ozone feature in your chiller that can lead to system failure if it remains active. To prevent this, please turn off the ozone feature immediately. It only takes a minute and ensures your chiller continues to perform.
You can continue using your chiller as usual once the ozone feature is turned off (set to zero).
You can disable the ozone feature in one of two ways:

What do I need to do right now?
1 - Turn off the ozone feature through your Nordic Flow app (preferred) or manually following our quick video guide.
2 - Complete the replacement request form on this page to receive your upgraded ozone generator and complimentary water treatment kit.
3 - Send back your old ozone generator in the prepaid mailer once the new one arrives.

Can I still use my chiller?
Yes — your chiller can continue to be used as usual once the ozone feature is turned off. Turning off ozone fully eliminates the risk of performance issues while you wait for your replacement ozone generator.

What is the complimentary water treatment kit for?
The water treatment kit helps extend the life of your water and keep it fresh while the ozone system is temporarily turned off. It’s not required, but it’s included free of charge with your replacement package to help maintain the best water quality possible.

What happens after I receive my new ozone generator?
You’ll receive step-by-step instructions to either replace the unit yourself or provide to a handyman. The installation is simple and only requires a Phillips head screwdriver — it typically takes just 10–15 minutes to complete.

If you’d prefer not to do it yourself, we’ll cover up to $100 of the handyman’s time for the installation.

After installation, use the prepaid mailer to send back your old ozone generator. Once we receive it, your 90-day warranty extension will automatically be applied and confirmed by email.

When will I receive my replacement part?
After your replacement request is submitted and approved, we’ll process your order and send you an email with your estimated delivery window and tracking number.
Please note that we’re unable to provide an exact delivery date at this time. We’ll keep you updated as soon as your part has shipped.
