Mental Focus and Energy
The Nordic Wave Viking has simply made my life better. I was first introduced to the Viking when I was a rookie golfer competing in tournaments. I was using the Viking daily between tournaments and quickly realized that I do not want to go another day without cold water immersion. Now, when I am home, it has become a part of my morning routine. I wake up and get directly into the Viking! I feel like a lion when that timer ends and I get out. I am simply ready for what the day has to throw at me.

We purchased the Viking Cold Plunge after freezing ice blocks and putting in our bathtub for over a year. This is such a great set up - we are able to go directly from our sauna to the cold plunge, and are loving the ease and convenience. We were originally planning to purchase the upgraded steps so the chiller would sit under them. They did not arrive in our original shipment so we decided to try it without, and so far we like it. Would definitely recommend the upgraded steps if you have a smaller footprint to work with. Be sure to measure your doorway before purchasing. We had considered buying the XL and realized there was no way we were getting that through our door.
