Mental Focus and Energy
The Nordic Wave Viking has simply made my life better. I was first introduced to the Viking when I was a rookie golfer competing in tournaments. I was using the Viking daily between tournaments and quickly realized that I do not want to go another day without cold water immersion. Now, when I am home, it has become a part of my morning routine. I wake up and get directly into the Viking! I feel like a lion when that timer ends and I get out. I am simply ready for what the day has to throw at me.

Love my Viking cold plunge. It honestly feels like I get younger when I use it. Better mental attitude, workout recovery, better sleep and the list goes on. I plunge almost everyday now. I had been using my swimming pool, but couldn’t maintain the right temp in the winter and of course, can’t plunge in the summer. Bought the elite chiller and it works great. So happy to not have to make ice. The temp holds within 1 degree. I had researched extensively before making a purchase and this one checked all the boxes. Upright, compact footprint, enough room inside, well built, excellent chiller with lots of filtration and it can stay outside in all temps, good customer service, etc. I always liked to end my plunge by dunking my head and I can’t do that with this one, but that’s the only thing missing for me but the XL is now available. Maybe the XL is in my future! If you like to plunge, this makes all the difference.
