The inside of The Viking has no steps or seat. The buoyancy of the water allows you to sit in comfortable squatted position without putting any pressure on your joints. Your body will naturally find this position.

Yes, the chiller can be plugged into a standard wall outlet (120V).

The coldest temperature setting is 36° Fahrenheit with an Elite Chiller and 38° Fahrenheit with a Standard Chiller.

Nordic Wave covers the cost of shipping the Viking to you, but we do not cover the cost of returning the Viking. Returning the Viking has a flat rate of $500.

It is recommended replacing them once a month. Water quality may vary based on location.

Be healthier & more successful with the Viking
The Viking is the best and only way to start the day. It has made us healthier (working out more, better mental health) and more successful (more creativity, better focus) while helping with both chronic inflammation and minor injuries from workouts & yard work. It's also super easy to use and maintain. If a viking was put in a time machine, they would come to 2024 to use this cold plunge and endorse this product 100%. There are no competitors to the Viking, because it's in a class of its own!

As a Peak Flow, Oxygen Advantage, and Wim Hof breathwork instructor for years, I've experienced all the cold plunges. The Viking is easily the best premium plunge on the market. Requiring limited space with a sleek vertical design and insulated features you can't beat it. Here's to no more trips to gather ice or dealing with an inflatable.
