For the Viking Gen 2 winterization, you do not need to winterize the unit. However, we strongly recommend installing the insulated sleeves to the inline hose strainer and filter canister. Please ensure hot and cold mode is on (refer to the Tuya App under factory settings).

Nordic Wave covers the cost of shipping the Viking to you, but we do not cover the cost of returning the Viking. Returning the Viking has a flat rate of $500.
