Every single day I jump in my cold plunge for 5 minutes (with neoprene booties and gloves to warm the extremities a bit) at 34°. It sits up against beautiful large glass window overlooking the Pacific Ocean in my living room in Marina del Rey, California. I can’t tell you how fantastic I feel from this routine. I miss it when I’m not home and traveling so much!

I absolutely, positively love my Viking cold plunge. I've had it for approximately two years and use it nearly every single day, often several times a day. I keep it at 51 degrees and have it outdoors. I always take a plunge first thing in the morning to wake up. I also plunge after distance runs and often in the evening as a "reset" from a day of built-up inflammation. I wholeheartedly believe nearly everyone would benefit from incorporating it into their daily wellness routine! Nordic Wave's customer servcie is also top notch. I researched a lot before purchasing and am certian I picked the right plunge!
